Any images, text, or other assets you upload to DVD Screensaver Maker are processed entirely within your browser. We do not receive, store, or claim any ownership over your uploaded content. You retain all rights to the content you provide and the animations you export.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

The DVD Screensaver Maker web application, including its source code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of DVDScreensaverMaker.com. The default DVD logo asset used in the simulator is a stylized icon and is provided for entertainment and parody purposes only. DVD Screensaver Maker is not affiliated with or endorsed by any DVD hardware or software manufacturer.
